ACCOMMODATION UPDATE FOR THIS WEEKEND
For those who have booked accommodation with the James Cook Hotel for this weekend. The hotel is going to transfer all existing bookings to the same days of the week as the new dates and will contact all guests to reconfirm.
The same accommodation rates will apply as the previous booking.

For anyone that may have already left to travel to Wellington ahead of the weekend, if you would like to retain your booking for this weekend, please get in touch with the James Cook Hotel reservations team and they can book you in for this weekend at the same rate.
A reminder that the rescheduled date for the Combined AGMs, Hall of Fame Cocktail Function and Dressage Awards Dinner is 31st July – 1st August.
